A bibliography must include all useful information about each source: author, date, title, location, publisher. Website resources must be listed with the page or article title. Where information is unavailable (e.g., author), this must be indicated (see the examples).
BooksHere's an example. This one is annotated, which means it has added descriptions for each source (you don't need to do this).
